I FINALLY have all of the info on this. It's going to be at Balboa in Newport Beach, just to the right (when you're facing the ocean) of the Balboa Pier and parking lot. On Sat is the BIG ONE! The Beach Party!! They will be so besotted from Fri night or fatigued from softball fever that they will be oblivious to the net that is closing around them, which is us, right boss? With our inferior numbers we can catch using the element of surprise,eh?

So we will fight them on the boards and we will fight them on the beaches and we will defeat them on the playing fields of Cerritos Park East!!!! We will unleash that fearful ancient and inscrutable cry, "BANZAIIIIiiii...." "You are completely surrounded! Throw down your spatulas and lay down your beer cans! We will give you the count of 5 to abandon your beach towels!"

The End Is Here!

The sky is ripped open and screams in agony above the Los Angeles Country Club! Rolling, twisting darkness is pouring through like Heaven and Hell in the final battle. To the northeast along W Sunset Blvd devastating Will Rogers Park as it spreads it's terror, drivers innsanely piling their cars into one another, horns jammed in a cataclysmic madness of sound, baby prams abandoned to their fate by feckless nannys!

"Look! Up in the sky! It's a bird, it's a plane.......It's THE APOCALYPSE GANG!!!

Despair all ye who look upon us and all those who don't.
The earth split asunder amid the lightning and thunder
It's horror and mayhem, panic and destruction
We've gathered our forces from east of Wide Mis(ouri)
And unleash all our powers from the infernal abyss!

And on and on and on it it moved still to the northeast. It had purpose and intention to reach it's destination and followed the road as it swerved to the east. By now the gang was a most horrible thing to behold, "their cohorts were shining in purple and gold" and all around them total darkness was complete, as if all were blindness leaving ten times the volume of dreadful chaos. They passed North Doheny in a wailing fury knowing their destination was near.

The Horrors of the Apocalypse had slowed to a halt, the whole of the earth was swallowed in a frightful silence, except for the beggings of junkies and hawkers of the flesh, for they had nothing to lose and didn't care anyway. In front of the door to # 9015 They sounded a cry that echoed across eternity:

Made a serious geographical error that might have left out Dark And Hearts. I had to change the river to east of the Wide Mis(ouri).

Hi Dragon, uh, tricky question you've asked, a kinda real life question...okay well being that I'm here first: I am trying to make a living from designing Jewelry & Sculpture using recycled and found materials, I guess writing would be the hobby part for now, you may have gathered from the posting that Dark, Grey and I are going to produce a CD ROM of our stories, graphics and such...so much for "hobby"! LOL

What do you do Dragon, for work, hobby and such??

The Highlands...Auch Aye! I spent alot of time around Fort William, was working there for a while. Didn't know it at the time but it was the stompin grounds of the Clan Cameron! But I sure felt at home. Even funnier, where I live and work now used to be called Fort William, it is now Thunder Bay and is at the extreme western end of the Great Lakes in northern Ontario, Canada.

I hug trees for a living, lol, and don't drink the water! beers just fine though. ; ) I work for a small environmental group which monitors corporate activities and government legislation. My interests are most things outdoors that don't stink or chew up the land; I climb, hike, canoe, sail, bike, x-country ski; indoors, that which is mentionable, my music is a real cross. Halford, Metallica, Stones, Hendrix, anything blues, all guitar, all organ, Bach, Medieval, NO OPERA! Reading and raising shit. Lately I have been started to write a bit (creatively) on Monkey's Board and she and Dark are buggin me about my webpage.

What more can I say?? .......Lots! heh heh >}-) Doin the Apocalypse invasion right now....

Hey Dark & the rest of youz

I'm posting the diversion tactic, 'Party at the Rainbow', tonight so that anyone who looks at the PRP board tomorrow will get will see some action! If you want to add to the chaos who am I to stand in the way of mayhem, but that is my only post. >}-) But the big day is Sat at the beach!

Monkey has given me an idea. She is going under the name of 'Lady in Black', so I'm going in as 'Kwazi Mojo'. I hate to think what persona you'll take Dark, Dr. Death is welcome (unless you have another fiendish personality). ; ) Hearts, we'd love it if you joined us (with all due respect, of course), and martial.dragon you are most welcome!

So I was thinkin that we could invade the beach from 4 different directions, NSEW, each one of us bringing the hideous forces and powers associated with it. Eg. Kwazi Mojo is the Horror from the North, unleashing hailstones the size of volleyballs and stuff like that. And Lady in Black is the Horror from the East, bringing voodoo dollies and lots of pins and corrupting the out-to-lunch-bunch in lala land. Now I know both Dark and Hearts are west of us, but one of you must be further south, so who's who? Anyway, the Horror from the South brings killer bees (always fun at the beach) or somethin like that, and The Horror from the West turns up the heat and turns socal into Death Valley! >}-) But Dark wherever you're from has to hit em with the encyclopedias and when you run out of words, you can drop the books on their toes or heads or somethin. >;-)

So we can post all that, whether it be late Fri night, like me & Hearts, or early in the AM lke DM & Dark, before they crawl to their computers out there! Then that's it!

From the frozen wastelands of the Big Pink, The Horror of the North locks all things before his path in an icy grip. The forces and power of the arctic regions I, Kwazi Mojo, set loose upon the unsuspecting, the complascent, the airheads and all those in denial. The cold and bitter truth is my weapon and I will reap the harvest of thy doom. >}-)

I will hurl down from deceptively hot sunny skys on to the softball diamonds of Cerritos, hailstones the size and markings of softballs. Who of you shall know which of them is real, which is outside the foul line, or how many fouls there were! 4? 6??!?... It will confound the score and the Umpire will throw down his mask on to his toe and get thrown out of the game for screaming expletives in front of the kids. And then, one by one, everyone will start to cheat!!

I will have unleashed "the evil that lurks in the mind of men" and pandemonium and anger will ensue and all manner of man and dogs will be chasing each other around the park throwing shoes, hailstones, baseball bats, beer cans, stale hamburger buns and stuff! WATCH OUT FOR THAT BANANA PEEL!!

Due south I continue, gaining force and momentum, blizzard conditions tear along my route. At Huntington Beach I veer southeast, along the Pacific Coast Hwy. towards my next hapless victims at Balboa Beach! The National Coastguard, have been paralyzed, The combined US Armed Forces wait helplessly by for orders from their Commander In Chief, who at this very moment is on the back 18 with a few old boys and a couple of real fine lookin caddies!

I descend furiously, pelting the whole beach and half of Newport Beach with a combination of monster hailstones the size of vollyballs and soccer balls, once again perpetrating confusion and the anguish of a lot of stubbed toes and bruised and lacerated palms.

BANZAAAIIIiiii....!!!!!!! This is The Apocalypse and you have the count of 5 to abandon your beachtowels, beer, hotdogs, hamburgers, pizzas (no anchovies please), chili con carne, doritos and the latest CD's of The Streetwalkin Cheetas!!!!

Have a nice day and be smart...don't drive and drink, you might spill it in the panic! >}-)

You guys just friggen slay me! That is far too cool for mere mortals. Monkey! You are a magician with words and rhyme. Your last line blew me off the chair, particularly your reference to recycling. You knew that would get me, didn't you? And Dark, reading yours right after Monkey's just damned killed me! My ribs were splitting, and my stomach almost heaved in laughter. Very nearly fell off my chair. You really slashed and burned the hollyweird culture. You were so serious up til you got to the 'agents' & 'divorcing' part, I burst into laughter and I coudn't stop from there. I was laughing so hard I couldn't read it all at one go. The poetry made it so weird on top of that!

Jade that was magic i felt the tingles as i read it.

as for mine yeah i always end up all poetic like
that its from all the years of writing songs.
i started to think it was to serious so i lightened
up there in the end. so do they know its us or
have any clue at all? i didnt use doc death cause
i realized that they knew me as that during
our first 'adventure' and i didnt know if
anyone besides lil-1 new about it.
